Very Cold Today

Today it's very cold here in Sidcup, near London, UK. Last night was the coldest night for nine years. Took around 10 minutes to scrape the car windscreen before I could get Chris to school.

I have a couple of radiators to sort out here today. James wants his radiator switched OFF (!!!) and Chris wants his switched ON... ho hum. Why can't they switch bedrooms!?!

Our local council has taken it into its head to shut the main road between here and the railway station so the journey I did last night to take Chris to his band practice took over 20 minutes instead of the the usual 5... needless to say he was late but he wasn't as late as some.

25th Jan 06 is brought to you by the number 19 and the letter F.

Brian Eno says "Define An Area As 'Safe' and Use It As An Anchor" in todays dip into the Oblique Strategies.

Thought of the Day
Where there is hatred, let me sow love. Where there is injury, pardon. Where there is doubt, faith.
Saint Francis of Assisi (1181 - 1226)
