Took a while but here are the pix from BritPod

Last Sunday Janet and I went to the Bricklayers Arms in London to meet the folks from Podshow - namely Mr. Curry, Mr. Bloom and Mr. Jacobs. A thoroughly splendid time was had by all. We managed to speak to all of them and jolly nice chaps they are too! It was good to meet all the Britcaster and Podcast User Magazine folks too.

It's funny but we've been visiting Britcaster for some months now and the PUM has been going nearly 4 months and I've only met people once! Janet has been twice but that's *another* story!

So, I thought I'd post a few pictures with a few comments. Some of these are ours, some are other peoples.

First off, above is a picture courtesy of Neil Ford. It so rare for anyone to get a decent picture of us together. Thanks Neil!

Next up is a picture of Janet with the Amazing Mr. Pinfield (rt) and the Delightful Mr. Pegg (left). Janet is the grinning loony in the middle.

Here is Kris Jacobs from Podshow talking to Paul Nicholls (PodcastPaul). Kris is in a suit because - as I understand it - although HE came to London safe and sound the conventional way his bags went on an altogether different route around the world. I've travelled a fair bit and I have seen what missing bags can do! And it's such a pain.

It's just the flash red-eye but with Adam's glasses it just made me chuckle!

Seriously though a wonderful time was had by all and we look forward to many more.

It was good to meet the Podshow guys and wives and Ron, Adam and Kris certainly opened up in many conversations about their plans for the future and how they see Podshow and podcasting developing in the next few months. Pleasure to meet you all!
